Refund policy
At Swan Brand South Africa, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns You may return most items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is included
- All accessories, manuals, and components are included
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Products that have been used, damaged by misuse, or modified
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
Warranty Returns Swan Brand appliances carry a manufacturer's warranty. If a product develops a fault within the warranty period under normal use, please contact us at service@swan-brand.co.za or call 011 455-0300 to arrange a warranty assessment or replacement.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
